Pilot & Owner - Marnie McCall-Fisk

WHY  I  FLY

From 1942-1946, my grandfather, better known to me as "Papa", was enlisted as part of the then, Army Air Force while stationed at the Kingman Army Airfield in Kingman, Arizona during World War II.

His job was a control tower operator.

His brother, my great uncle, was enlisted in the Army Air Force as well as a gunner and radioman with missions deep in the thick of things. During a World War II flight mission over a ball bearing factory in Schwifert, Germany, my great uncle's B-24 was severely damaged.  The very young crew managed to make it home on one engine and significant bodily harm.

My uncle served in the Air Force and has his private pilot's license.

Becoming a sUAV (Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) pilot was something that didn't really occur to me until a variation of opportunities presented themselves.  Always being interested in aviation and photography, along with my family's aviation history, and the ability to capture unique pictures and videos from perspectives that no one ever really gets to view, was all very exciting and unveiled a new hidden passion.

Thank you for visiting Fisheye Aerial Media.
