All orders are custom and processed based on custom request at time of order. Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days due to the manufacturing or material failure of the article/s and/or embroidery failure. Once the item has been returned, it will be the discretion of Fisheye Aerial Media whether the article is in fact faulty as stated. If in fact faulty from manufacturer or embroidery process as stated, customer will be notified and a decision from the customer will result in replacement of exact article (as ordered originally) including return shipping cost OR a full refund of original cost of article and shipping cost plus return shipping cost.
Fisheye Aerial Media MUST first be contacted before shipping article to ensure article is returned to appropriate return address, customer information collected, and problem with article is noted.
